We support leader's growth and invite them to develop self -awareness and fulfil their potential. We call leaders to pay close attention to the now; using the present as a resource to work with the complexity of the modern workplace.

We create a safe space to pause, think clearly and grapple with the difficult. 

121 Coaching 

A typical programme comprise of the following:

DIAGNOSING  – Explore the Need - In this session we explore and assess the need for coaching and the expected transformation.

CHEMISTRY  – Rapport and Relate - In this session we unearth the essences of who we are, the work we are going to do and how best we can achieve our intended outcomes.

INITIATING - Getting Clear - In this session we get clear on the contract. We have now decided we will work together, what are we working on and why is it important? 

INTERVENTION x 4 - Delving Deeper - In these sessions we will go hunting and work with all your resourcefulness to unearth and transform in the work you came to do.

REVIEW -  How Are We Doing? This is carried out during the programme to review progress made.

EXITINGING - Transform and Sustain - In this session we summarise the transformation and discuss how you will build on the transformation and sustain your development over time.

EVALUATION - Reporting and Lessons Learned - This is a report that collates evaluation and feedback to provide a comprehensive report on progress and transformation.

121 Leadership Coaching Testimony

"Although I have always been highly reflective of my lessons and my interactions with pupils and families, I have been less reflective of my leadership and how I present to staff and other stakeholders. 

The coaching sessions with Hannah have enabled me to truly understand my leadership qualities-my strengths and areas I want to improve. Hannah encouraged me to conscious develop myself and test out strategies and thinking before our next session.
