A typical programme comprise of the following:

Explore the Need - In this phase we explore and assess the need for coaching and the expected transformation; together we diagnose, scope and plan.
​
Rapport and Relate - In this phase we build the conditions for trust and effective work; how we are going to work together and the parameters of that work.
​
Getting Clear - Session 1. In this session we get clear on the work. How are we going to work together? What are we working on and why is it important? How will we know if the work is effective?
​
Delving Deeper - Sessions 2 & 3. In these sessions we will go hunting and work with all your resourcefulness to unearth and begin to transform in the work you came to do.
​
How Are We Doing? This is an online review and is carried out during the programme to review any progress made.
​
Transform and Sustain - Session 4 & 5. In this session we deepen the transformation and discuss how you will build on the transformation and sustain your development over time.
​
Exit - Session 6. In this session we will summarise the work, consider future development and how to implement effective plans for future development.
​
Graduation, Reporting and Lessons Learned - This session is a report that collates evaluation and feedback to provide a comprehensive report on progress and transformation and development of practice.

"Although I have always been highly reflective of my lessons and my interactions with pupils and families, I have been less reflective of my leadership and how I present to staff and other stakeholders.
The coaching sessions with Hannah have enabled me to truly understand my leadership qualities-my strengths and areas I want to improve. Hannah encouraged me to conscious develop myself and test out strategies and thinking before our next session. After each coaching session I felt more confident in understanding my own style, as well as understanding other people's approaches and how this effects overall outcomes.
